FAQ

CANCEL AN ORDER
Please include your order number and the items you wish to cancel. While we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, we will do everything in our power to assist. If your order is already processed or shipped, you will need to start a return below.

 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. We must hear from you within 7-10 business days after delivery to offer a replacement. For faster resolution, please include pictures of the shipping damage or defect.
 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Hungry and Thirsty Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. If a package can't be delivered after it's been shipped and it is returned to Hungry and Thirsty Kids, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to send the package back.
 
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVED?
Gift items that are new and unopened with all original packaging intact may be returned for Store Credit within 30 days of purchase.
 
MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS 
Please email us at orders@hungryandthirstykids.com within 30 days of purchase, and we will quickly issue a credit or replacement.
